Montescudaio - (Pisa) - Just 14 km from the sea of the Etruscan Coast, a winery nestled in the countryside, consisting of approximately 8 hectares of land planted with vines, olive groves and woodland at the edge.

There are four buildings within the estate. The main building is the recently constructed villa of approximately 180 sqm, located in the highest part of the property, in a secluded position overlooking a large part of the property as well as the magnificent view as far as the sea and the surrounding hills. The surface area of the vineyards amounts to 42,000 sqm, comprising: ha 1.2 Cabernet Franc, ha 1.6 Merlot, ha 1.2 Sangiovese and ha 0.2 Petit Verdot. The vines are planted with 6000 plants per hectare using the spurred cordon system. The annual wine production amounts to about 20,000 bottles divided into three labels. The organic oil is obtained from the 200 olive trees on an area of about 3,000 square metres in percentages as follows: 95% Leccino and 5% Frantoio, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino and Lazzare.
